We offer a wide range of outplacement services which are adapted to each client's needs. You can pick and choose which modules best suit your requirements and create a cost effective outplacement solution for your company.

Core career management module – ½ day
This core module aims to ease people through a highly challenging change process and help them find new employment opportunities.
This module covers:
- Looking at issues of finding employment and accessing the hidden job market.
- Basic tips on writing successful, hard hitting CVs.
- Career management including developing your career path.
- Basic interview tips.
- Job search strategy.
- Using networking and LinkedIn to help job searching.
It is recommended that additional modules are purchased to enhance the service provided and ensure that employees are given the best opportunities available:
Extended CV Writing – ½ day
The Extended CV Writing module will build on what clients have learnt in the core module and will enable them to create a CV which will help them stand out from the crowd.
This module includes:
- In depth and specific guidance on how to write a CV for their chosen market sector.
- A step by step guide to creating each section in order to create a powerful and high impact document.
- A critique of their existing CV.
- Details of how to use the STAR method to draw our key strengths.
- An e-book which will be sent following the module which contains CV writing advice and industry/profession specific examples to ensure the content of their CV is spot on.
Extended Interview Coaching – ½ day
The extended interview coaching module will build on the basic interview advice given in the core module. It will explore in more depth how to succeed at interviews and will also contain practical tasks.
This module includes:
- Advice on how to prepare for an interview.
- Winning techniques for how to answer those difficult questions.
- Advice on how to answer competency based questions and how to use the sales wedge technique to handle the interview.
- 30 minutes practice interview with feedback on performance (in group settings this will be delivered via group exercises).
Interim and freelance opportunities- ½ day
This is an ideal module for those looking to move out of permanent employment and into the freelancing or interim contractors’ market. It will cover the basics of what being a freelancer and contractor means and how to create a CV aimed at winning work.
This module includes:
- Looking at how the freelance and interim market operates.
- Advice on how to write a winning CV with specific advice on what to include to ensure you stand out when pitching for work.
- Advice on looking for contracts and work.
- Guide to how to market yourself in the freelance and interim market.
Self-employment – ½ day
This module is aimed at those looking at self-employment as an option. This is particularly popular in areas where there are significant job losses like the public sector and will explore the opportunities available as well as the challenges faced by those who are self-employed.
This module includes:
- An overview of what it means to be self-employed and the opportunities available.
- How to set up your own business.
- Practical advice including tax and legal implications.
Psychometric Assessment – ½ day
This module is available for companies to be able to provide extra tools for employees to see what their core strengths are and where their next career move might be. The session will use one psychometric assessment tool and can be used with a group of individually.
Additional 1-2-1 support – hourly blocks available
One-to-One support can be bought on an hourly basis and includes access to a consultant via the phone for follow up consultations and ongoing support. This service is particularly popular for senior executives whose career search maybe more specialised and require more support.
Executive Gold Programme – ½ day training with the senior executive and also includes a professional CV written by our team of CV writers.
This module is specifically designed for senior executives and focuses on their more complex job hunting needs. This module is best delivered on an individual basis.
The module includes:
- In depth analysis of career ambitions and capability looking at short, medium and long term career planning
- Professional CV writing service including unlimited revisions to the CV
- Extended interview training
- Use of LinkedIn and professional networking tools to maximise the job hunting process
