The CV & Interview Advisors provide professional outplacement services to companies of all sizes, across the UK. 

This is why we offer services using a unique modular approach to ensure our clients get the best from their budgets and their employees get the training needed to allow them to embrace change and transform redundancy into opportunities for career development.

We offer a basic career change module which is appropriate for everyone and then companies can pick and choose additional modules to go with them according to their needs.  

We will work with companies to identify which modules are most appropriate for their workforce and how they can be best delivered.

We understand that it is more cost effective to deliver outplacement services in groups. So, unlike other outplacement providers, we offer all the services which are available to individuals via group settings too. 

All modules can be delivered remotely or in person and additional follow up support modules can be purchased on an hourly basis.
