Believe it or not, the catalyst for setting up our company was the sheer volume of professionally written CVs that were sent to me on a regular basis that were quite frankly, badly written, unimpressive and missing the mark. Many of my clients had spent hundreds of pounds to have their CV professionally written and it left me thinking that I could do it better. So here we are a few years later with a raft of happy customers behind us and a successful business. I hope that in some way I have made some of my ex-colleagues lives a little easier by producing some high quality CVs for them to read."

Qualifications

Our staff have typically held senior management positions and / or have worked within the recruitment industry for several years recruiting for a wide range of companies including many of the leading blue chip organisations that we all recognise. We put our Consultants through an extensive training programme to teach them the art of creating high-impact sales documents. Below is a list of some of the positions held by our highly experienced team:

Executive Headhunter, Managing Director, Sales & Operations Manager, Divisional Head with a FTSE100 company, Regional Director, Senior Project Manager, Senior Operations Manager (responsible for a team of 400) and Sales & Marketing Consultant.

Where does our knowledge come from?

Our knowledge of CV writing and interviewing comes from many sources including years of recruitment experience in both contingency and search arenas; extensive experience within human resources; years of training in interview and selection techniques; studying the works of International speakers and industry experts; years of training within marketing and copywriting; keeping up to date with the latest recruitment trends and relevant legislation; attending training courses and seminars on selection techniques and philosophy; and last but not least, our own experiences as Senior Management with the responsibility for hiring staff.
